With the Battle of Gloucester reenactment quickly approaching, Ruth Hodges, Founder of the Ladies Association of Revolutionary America, spoke with NBC10 Boston about the role the women of Gloucester played in the battle.
She shared a preview of the 18th-century village and interactive stations that will be displayed during the weekend’s events, and explained the importance of preserving voices that history has forgotten.
